The question of fees is discussed at the start of the professional relationship with each Client, in full transparency, so that the Client has an overall and precise view of the amount of fees to be paid.

Fees vary according to the nature of the service, the complexity of the case, its duration and the stakes involved in the dispute.

Saly BOU SALMAN invoices fees on the basis of time spent, applying a pre-agreed hourly rate.

Based on these elements, the fees are specified in a Fee Agreement issued in advance, and signed at the start of the relationship between the lawyer and the client.

    MEDIATION

    In mediation, the parties share the fee as a matter of principle, to guarantee neutrality and independence. The rate is set in advance with the parties, depending on the duration of the mediation, its complexity and the number of parties involved.
