Graduated with a master’s degree in International and European Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Paris Nanterre and a master’s degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil, Saly BOU SALMAN obtained her French legal qualification (CAPA) in 2017.

She was sworn in by the Paris Court of Appeal on October 4, 2017, and began practicing law at the Paris Bar as an associate in a well-known Parisian aviation and business law firm.

The increasing number of cases entrusted to her and the new dynamic given to conflict resolution led her to take the University Diploma in Mediation at the Catholic Institute of Paris in 2023.

After 2 years’ training, she obtained the Mediator Diploma.

In 2025, she decided to create her own firm, SBS AVOCAT MEDIATEUR.

Humanity, listening, responsiveness, efficiency and transparency are the values of her commitment.

She assists business owners in the day-to-day management of their companies, both in advisory and litigation matters.

She also assists private individuals in civil matters, such as contract management and hidden defect warranties.

Drawing on her past experience, she also assists airlines in contesting fines resulting from noise pollution at French airports, before the French Airport Nuisance Control Authority (ACNUSA) as well as the Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal.

Her working languages are French and English.

She is also a mediator, working with parties in conflict for whom mediation is more appropriate than a lengthy trial.

In some disputes, it is preferable for the parties to be able to re-establish ties and find their own solution, rather than having it imposed by a court.

A good agreement is sometimes better than a bad trial!
